Lumberjack Harley-Davidson isn't your average dealership —and this isn't your average marketing role. We're the heartbeat of the riding community in Deep East Texas and we're looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who's ready to show up, create at a high level and help us tell our story in a way that moves people.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position working directly alongside our Marketing Manager to execute events, manage social media content, support community partnerships and keep our brand presence sharp across every channel. Duties
- Assist in the planning and execution of dealership events, on-site activations and community sponsorships.
- Create and schedule platform-differentiated content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok that reflects our brand voice and drives engagement.
- Coordinate artwork requests and creative assets with our graphic design team, maintaining organized tracking and clear communication.
- Support email marketing campaigns through our marketing partner, including content preparation and list coordination
- Manage advertising sales initiatives by creating persuasive proposals and collaborating with sales teams to maximize advertising revenue.
- Monitor and report on social media performance, door traffic data and campaign ROI
- Assist with Marketing Development Fund documentation and tracking
- Manage day-to-day community engagement—responding to comments, tags and messages across platforms in the dealership's voice
- Support product management teams by conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in budgeting processes for marketing projects ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles with a strong understanding of multichannel strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong written communication skills—you can write a caption that stops the scroll and an email that gets a response.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commnity-facing environment.
- Strong research capabilities combined with analytical skills to interpret data insights effectively.
- Photography and basic video editing skills a plus
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite and email marketing platforms perferred.
- A genuine love for community, events and storytelling
- Passion for Harley-Davidson brand and lifestyle is a major plus—but not required. Passion for people is.
