Shipping Specialist

We’re looking for a Shipping Associate to help us keep comfort moving—whether it’s a single chair headed out by UPS or a full pallet of desks heading cross-country.
What You’ll Do
- Prep and package both ground shipments (FedEx/UPS) and palletized freight for safe delivery
- Build, wrap, and secure pallets with proper weight distribution
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload shipments safely
- Accurately process and receive inbound deliveries
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision
- Keep the warehouse organized and follow all safety protocols
- Work closely with your team to meet shipping deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse experience (especially with freight and parcel shipping) is a plus—training provided
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to get certified)
- Comfortable lifting/moving furniture and staying active throughout the day
- Detail-oriented—you catch mistakes before they leave the dock
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
