Your Role as a Shift Leader:
- Lead and support team members through Front of House & Back of House operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming, positive environment
- Greet guests enthusiastically and manage orders accurately
- Oversee cash handling and register operations
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Train and mentor team members to meet performance goals
- Assist with inventory management and cost control
- Support hiring, scheduling, and performance coaching
- Ensure all tasks and checklists are completed properly and on time
What We’re Looking For:
- 18 years or older
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 30-40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Willingness to go above and beyond for your team and guests
Career Growth Opportunities: This leadership position is a stepping stone! With training, dedication, and drive, you could work your way to Director within 6 months to a year.
