Job Overview
- Open to any schedule (Day - 5am to 1:30pm/ Swing - 1pm to 9:30pm / Night - 9pm to 5:30am)
- Long term permanent position with minimum 40 hours weekly
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and diagnosing of Injection molding machinery and related equipment
- With at least 2 years of solid experience in MECHANICAL, HYDRAULIC, PLC and PNEUMATIC in Industrial Manufacturing Machines & Equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately

Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on injection molding machines and related equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical diagnostics tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments to identify faults.
- Conduct repairs involving welding (including welding), hydraulic systems, low voltage electrical systems, high voltage components, and HVAC/R systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and generate detailed reports for management review.
- Assist with installation, calibration, and upgrades of injection molding machinery to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime through quick troubleshooting and effective field service interventions.
Skills
- Extensive experience working within manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, schematics reading, electrical blueprint interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician skills, and control systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic systems troubleshooting (including pneumatic schematics), HVAC/R systems, and low/high voltage electrical systems.
- Skilled in welding (including welding), mechanical repairs, and the use of precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting; analysis skills for diagnosing complex machine issues.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately; experience with industrial electrician work is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in field service roles within manufacturing environments; military background is a plus due to discipline and troubleshooting expertise.

Pay: $30.50 - $35.00 per hour
