Production Associate - Material Cutting & Measuring

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves working with large, heavy material rolls, accurately measuring and cutting materials, and standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
- Lift, move, and position large rolls of material onto work tables
- Accurately measure materials using rulers and tape measures
- Roll out material, perform measurements, and cut to specifications
- Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work efficiently while meeting production goals
Qualifications:
- Good basic math skills, including measurement calculations and fractions
- Ability to accurately read and use a ruler and tape measure
- Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy rolls of material throughout the day
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and stretch for extended periods
- Ability to safely handle large and sometimes awkward materials
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
