Your Mission
Help us grow Anna's Cleaning Services by turning conversations into contracts.
You'll start by working directly with company-provided leads or self generated, making outbound calls, building relationships, scheduling appointments, and closing new business.
As you become successful, you'll have the opportunity to build your own pipeline and earn significantly higher commissions on self-generated business.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for opportunities.
This is for someone who enjoys creating opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cold calling company-provided leads or self provided
- Prospecting new businesses throughout the Seattle area and beyond
- Following up on inquiries and opportunities
- Scheduling appointments and sales meetings
- Building relationships with property managers, office managers, and business owners
- Maintaining accurate notes and sales activity records
- Negotiating and closing service agreements
- Generating your own leads and business opportunities
Compensation & Ramp-Up Phase
You'll initially work on a commission structure while building your pipeline and closing your first deals.
Company-Provided Leads
- 50/50 revenue split on company-provided opportunities
Self-Generated Business
- 99/1 revenue split on business you source and close yourself
Long-Term Growth
After successfully closing approximately 2–3 deals and demonstrating consistent performance, you'll transition to:
- Base Salary
- Ongoing Commission Structure
- Long-Term Growth Opportunities

Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
