Sustainable Landscapes, an award-winning landscape design and construction company based in Traverse City, is growing and we're looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join us as Landscape Crew Members.

What You'll Do
- Work with experienced crew leaders on landscape installations including:
- Patios
- Retaining walls
- Plantings
- Mulching
- Irrigation systems
- Operate and learn to use tools and equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and small hand tools.
- Follow project plans, safety guidelines, and crew direction to ensure timely, high-quality results.
- Embrace hands-on outdoor work in all weather conditions as part of a supportive and high-energy team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience preferred: At least 1 year with a landscape company is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right individual with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
- Growth mindset: You’re eager to build new skills and take pride in your work.
- Team player: You work well with others, accept feedback, and take responsibility.
- Strong work ethic: You’re reliable, hardworking, and don’t mind getting dirty.
- Availability: Ability to work 50+ hours per week during the peak season (March–December).

Schedule
- Day shift: 8–10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Overtime available

- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
