Job Summary
This position will be responsible for the billing office business operations for the University Health Services department, including management of Kronos, payroll, and serving as the department hiring coordinator.
Responsibilities will include payroll services and maintaining employee records, as well as UHS new hire orientation. Will also manage business office AP and AR daily procedures; Work on UHS EPIC daily patient account and billing work queues; provide coverage for billing staff and business office staffing shortages; tracking departmental expenses as needed; and promoting a positive work environment in order to uphold high productivity and patient care standards.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Office Suite, include Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, Access etc. UK SAP Access, excellent communication skills and writing ability. Also need high standard Initiatives, Confidentiality and Responsibility.
