What It Takes — Suit Up Requirements

Ready to jump into hands-on, general labor work in a production environment

Strong enough to lift up to 75 lbs

Able to stay on your feet and keep moving through the shift

Skilled at handling the full mission: hang parts, spray with precision, unload, and stack

A sharp eye for detail to ensure smooth, even coverage every time

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven shop

Previous paint or powder coat experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right recruit
