Dietary Aide responsibilities include:
Transport carts to the nursing stations in a timely matter.
Collect and return dishes when meal is complete.
Ensure sanitization of plate ware, silverware, glassware, and all cooking utensils according to procedure.
Ensure that residents’ food service needs are met in a timely, accurate, and compassionate manner.
Maintain and work within established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
Assist cooks in other areas as needed.
Cooks are responsible for the execution of meals and overseeing Dietary Aides. Experience is preferred.
Qualification Requirements:
All candidates must pass pre-employment drug screen and Pa. Criminal Background in accordance with the Pa. Older Adult Protection Act.
