Student Educator
Are you passionate about education and ready to be part of something unique and fast-growing? Prospect Soccer Academy is seeking dynamic, mission-driven educators to join our innovative education & soccer program, where academics and elite athletics come together.
Our students are dedicated, high-level soccer athletes (Grades 3–8) who split their days between academic learning and athletic development. We are looking for motivated individuals with subject matter expertise or a strong passion in one or more core academic areas — Language Arts, Math, Science, and/or History — to help shape the future of our students both in the classroom and in life.
No formal teaching credential is required, but welcomed. We’re looking for people who love their subject, love young minds, and want to make a difference.
Who You Are:
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Enthusiastic about working with motivated, high-performing youth
Flexible, solutions-oriented, and able to adapt to a nontraditional school structure
Detail-oriented with strong classroom organization and management skills
Comfortable working with both independence and collaboration
Passionate about leadership and mindset development in young people
Have subject-matter experience or deep interest in at least one core subject area
What You'll Do:
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction in small-group academic settings
Create and maintain a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment
Build strong relationships with students and families
Collaborate with coaches and leadership staff to support student-athletes holistically
Integrate leadership and character-building into daily academic routines
Monitor academic progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
Communicate children’s progress with families and leadership

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
