Duties
- Process and verify payment of invoices on a timely basis.
- Manage accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of an adequate accounting system that reflects the operating cost of the facility.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents for audit readiness
- Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, greeting visitors, and direct to appropriate office and/or resident room.
- Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
- Assist with administrative duties as directed. (Includes typing, filing, posting accounts, etc.)
Requirements
- Ability to perform double-entry bookkeeping accurately while understanding debits & credits in various accounting contexts
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with vendors, clients, visitors, and team members
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- If no experience, on-the-job training will be provided
