Focus Workforce Management is looking for dependable and dedicated individuals to join our retail store teams in Gulf Shores, AL.

- 1ST SHIFT, 2ND SHIFT, AND 3RD SHIFT (OVERNIGHT) OPENINGS!
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Assist customers and/or stocking shelves
- Keeping the department clean and organized
- Loading, unloading, moving products, bulky products
- Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, cleaning glass and windows
- Restroom cleaning
- Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor
- Ensuring customer orders are filled accurately
- Assist customers with loading merchandise in their vehicle
- Move shopping carts from the parking lot to the store
- Duties assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to stand, sit, reach, pull, lift and bend for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to great customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain a good attendance record
- Ability to commute to/from Gulf Shores, AL
- Have reliable transportation
