Join a Growing Healthcare Organization
New Hampshire Home Care Providers is seeking an experienced healthcare office professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.
This is not a typical Operations Coordinator position. It is a leadership development opportunity designed for an individual who wants to grow into a management role while learning every aspect of operating a successful home care agency.
You will work directly with the Administrator, receiving hands-on mentoring and training in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, office management, human resources, customer service, technology, and organizational leadership.
If you are motivated to learn, enjoy solving problems, and are looking for a long-term career with advancement potential, we encourage you to apply.
What You’ll Do
Working closely with the Administrator, you will help coordinate the day-to-day operations of the agency by:
· Assisting with daily office and administrative operations.
· Coordinating activities among the Financial Manager, Human Resources Coordinator, and Customer Service Coordinator.
· Supporting employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
· Assisting with state and federal compliance activities.
· Helping maintain employee, client, and operational records.
· Supporting customer service and resolving client concerns.
· Monitoring office workflow and identifying opportunities for improvement.
· Utilizing healthcare software, Microsoft Office, and other business technologies.
· Assisting with quality improvement and organizational growth initiatives.
Training and Growth Opportunity
This is an introductory management position designed for someone with strong potential who wants to develop into a future manager.
During your training, you will work closely with the Administrator and receive ongoing mentoring and coaching. Although you will have meaningful operational responsibilities, significant decisions involving personnel, finance, compliance, and agency operations will remain with the Administrator until you have demonstrated the knowledge, judgment, and leadership skills necessary to assume additional responsibility.
The training and development period is intentionally flexible. There is no predetermined timetable for advancement. Additional responsibilities and decision-making authority will be earned through demonstrated performance, professional growth, and the confidence of the Administrator.
QualificationsRequired
· Minimum of two years of office management or administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
· Knowledge of state and federal healthcare compliance requirements.
· Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software.
· Professional judgment, initiative, and attention to detail.
Preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
· Experience in home care, home health, or healthcare administration.
· Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time salaried exempt position. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday.
Healthcare operations occasionally require flexibility beyond a traditional workweek. To meet operational needs and important deadlines, the Operations Coordinator may periodically be asked to work additional hours and provide backup support for the Administrator during evenings or weekends. These situations are expected to be occasional but are an important part of learning the full scope of agency operations and preparing for future management responsibilities.
Why Join Our Team?
· Direct mentoring from the Administrator.
· Clear opportunity for professional growth.
· Exposure to every aspect of operating a successful home care agency.
· Collaborative and supportive leadership team.
· Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and families.
· Advancement based on demonstrated performance and leadership ability.
