Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Your income is based on your effort, consistency, and production, offering unlimited earning potential.
Many new agents have the potential to earn up to$10,000 within their first few months when they consistently follow our proven system. Individual results vary based on effort and performance.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to identify their financial protection needs
- Educate families on life insurance and financial solutions
- Recommend coverage based on clients' goals
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the application process
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Build and grow your own client base
