We're looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and are committed to providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of our apartment communities. Your work directly contributes to resident satisfaction by ensuring homes and common areas are well-maintained and repairs are completed efficiently.

Respond to and complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner.

Participate in the on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.

Perform preventative maintenance to help protect community assets.

Complete general maintenance, including:

HVAC
-
Plumbing
-
Electrical
-
Carpentry
-
Painting
-
Maintain the grounds and common areas by performing tasks such as trash removal, light landscaping, and general property upkeep.

Assist in preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance shop and work areas.

Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting professionally with residents, vendors, and team members.

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of three (3) years of apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience.

EPA/HVAC Certification required.

Must provide and use your own basic maintenance tools.

Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance practices.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
