Must have one of the following credentials:
- LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, CPRP, LCSW, LCSW-C, LCMFT credentials
- Minimum Requirement: (2) years experience
- Must be able to pass a state and federal background check
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete rehabilitation biopsychosocial screenings and assessments, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, monitoring/observing the work of counselors.
- Ensuring that the PRP, Direct Care Counselors adhere to the Individualized Rehabilitation plans.
- Review admissions paperwork, onsite/offsite group contact notes, progress notes to verify that direct care counselors are effectively addressing the treatment needs by implementing the goals and/or objectives set forth in the Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP).
- Conducting monthly supervision with the direct care counselors.
- Continue care plans, community referrals, monthly summaries, discharges, etc.
- Possess exceptional communication skills
- Possess exceptional writing skills
- Participating in group meetings.
- Supervise and educate direct care staff on how to provide rehabilitation services that correlate with the goals identified in the IRP.
- Develops and assures that rehabilitation services meet the needs of the individuals served by the program
- Must have previous experience and is familiar with COMAR PRP Regulations.
Job Types: Contract, Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
