Scheduling Flexibility: We offer per-diem roles, allowing you to work as many or as few shifts as you need to fit your schedule. While we strive to fill your availability, we can't guarantee full-time hours for care staff.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional healthcare in clients' homes.
- Assist with daily living and personal care activities.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Collaborate on care plans to ensure the best client outcomes.
Requirements:
- Licensing: Active CA RN or LVN License
- Certifications: CPR Certification
- Experience: RN's must have one year of home health experience. Experience with young adults, adults, the elderly, or disabled individuals is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to assist with on-call nursing assignments as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work nights and weekends is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with bending, standing, and navigating stairs.
