Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday–Friday (with Saturdays as needed based on weather)
POSITION SUMMARY
All Green Corporation is seeking a reliable and motivated Ride-on Lawn Care Technician to perform chemical lawn treatments and related services. For this role, we are seeking someone who has experience operating and maintaining a ride-on spreader, preferably a Steel Green or Z-Spray. This branch is a single employee branch, you will be responsible for managing your own routes and caring for your customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply lawn care treatments, including fertilization, weed control, and pest treatments
- Operate and maintain application equipment and service vehicles
- Follow all safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures, and state regulations
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and lawn health
- Identify and report lawn issues, customer concerns, or upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate service records and route documentation
- Keep vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be licensed in Commercial Core, 3B, and 3A
- Lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and perform physical labor
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
