Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Parts Specialist to join our team. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to identify their parts needs and provide suitable solutions
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking parts
- Assist in retail sales of parts and accessories
- Handle order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Light cleaning
- Be able to lift 50 plus pounds
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with CMMS and POS systems
- Prior experience in retail sales or vehicle maintenance preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management techniques
- Ability to fulfill orders accurately and promptly
