Position Overview
Our front desk team is the hub of the spa; fast-paced, engaging, and essential to smooth daily operations. While the atmosphere feels calm and relaxing for guests, the front desk requires strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fun, collaborative, and guest-focused setting.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism while managing a busy front desk
- Scheduling appointments and navigating changes throughout the day
- Answering phones, emails, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Processing payments, gift cards, and retail purchases
- Maintaining an organized, polished, and guest-ready front desk area
- Supporting spa providers and management as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service driven
- Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computers and learning booking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Schedule:
- Part-time hours with fill-in availability
- Flexible availability required
- Occasional weekends and seasonal coverage as needed
