What You’ll Do
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility, you will help patients improve independence with daily living skills following illness, injury, or hospitalization.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OTR

Implement individualized care plans focused on ADLs and functional independence

Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and families

Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
-
Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on therapy programs

Assist with discharge planning and patient progress tracking

Requirements:
Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
-
Active Ohio COTA license (or eligible)
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Passion for working with geriatric and rehab populations

Preferred Experience
