Experience
- Prior classroom experience in early childhood education settings is highly preferred.
- Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds and implementing instructional modifications for individualized learning needs.
- Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering an inclusive environment that encourages participation from all students.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and colleagues.
