Executive Medical Spa is a trusted leader in anti-aging, medical weight loss, and aesthetics—headquartered in San Diego and now expanding into the Santa Ana/Tustin area. We’re seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Nurse Injector (RN) to grow with our team as we launch in Orange County.
This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground level of a fast-growing med spa with a loyal patient base, strong brand reputation, and an expanding service portfolio that includes hormone therapy, injectables, and weight loss.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations for hormone optimization and medical weight loss
- Administer botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and BHRT pellet therapy
- Document treatment plans, outcomes, and progress using EHR systems
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up support
- Assist with occasional front and back office duties
- Collaborate with our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
- Valid CA license as an RN (required)
- Experience in a med spa or aesthetic setting (preferred)
- Familiarity or interest in BHRT and GLP-1 therapies
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
- Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)
