Breading Table Team Member is a crucial part of our operation. It is a fast-paced position that requires a person to perform at a high level. You will be required to lift 50lbs or more consistently.
General Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards

Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times

Setting up Breading Table by Chick-fil-A Standards
-
Preparing Milk Wash everyday

Fileting and Breading Chicken in accordance with Lean Fileting and Lean Cooking
-
Be the main person breading chicken during peak times
-
Stocking Thawing Cabinets, and Breading Table using First In, First Out method
-
Duties are not limited to the above tasks
Schedule Requirements

Available to work Monday through Saturday
-
Must work at least 40 hours a week.

Able to work as early as 5:30 am & late as 11 pm
-
Must be able to close at least 4 nights a week

Must be 18 or older

Be able to communicate with co-workers and leads effectively

Stand for long periods of time

Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 40 lbs

Requires filleting and hand breading of product

Ability to multitask

Ability to learn quickly

Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
