The Opportunity: More Than "Just a Driver"
We are looking for a Driver/Mover who is ready to take the wheel—both literally and figuratively.
This role is the training ground for our future Managers and Logistics Coordinators. We aren't looking for someone who just wants to clock in and out. We are looking for someone who takes pride in high standards, wants to learn our logistics systems, and is ready to grow.
What Your Journey Looks Like:
- The Foundation (Training Phase): You will start by mastering the basics of professional staging logistics. You’ll learn how to handle high-end inventory with care and execute our staging plans.
- Pay during training: $17/hr
- The Driver Seat (Verification): Once we verify your driving skills and safety record, you take on more responsibility, managing the safe transport of our design elements to job sites.
- Pay increases to: $18/hr
- Bonus: Additional $1/hr for passing background/insurance checks.
- The Ascent (Leadership): We provide ongoing leadership development. We want you to become a Team Lead ($22-$25/hr), where you will run your own crew, model excellence, and mentor new hires.
