Availability
Seeking morning shift (7am to 3pm) applicants with open availability on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls from guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial.
- A passion for providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment is essential.
