This role is focused on life insurance sales primarily.
You will connect with prospects by phone and email, talk through life insurance needs, present coverage options, and help individuals and families make decisions that protect their future.
This is a remote position. You must have a professional home office or private workspace where you can stay focused, organized, and productive.
Compensation
This opportunity includes base pay, commission, and bonus potential.
Annual base pay typically ranges from $35,000 to $45,000, depending on your interview, background, and experience.
With commission, coachable and consistent producers may earn $52,000 to $85,000 in total compensation.

What You’ll Do
Generate new life insurance sales opportunities
Follow up with prospects and leads
Identify customer needs
Present life insurance solutions
Sell life insurance products
Build referral relationships
Process life insurance applications and related documents
Keep accurate sales records and reports
Stay in regular contact with prospects and clients
Contribute to agency growth and sales goals
Selling ability is the top skill we want to develop and reward.
What We’re Looking For
Life Insurance license required
Previous life insurance sales experience preferred
2 years of previous sales experience preferred
Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
Able to multitask and work efficiently
Solid computer skills
Clear and professional communication
Coachable and willing to improve
Able to work remotely from home or a private office/workspace
