Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest and set appointments for our sales team
- Engage in professional B2B sales conversations, clearly explaining our services and value propositions
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update contact information, and manage appointment schedules efficiently
- Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and organizational needs
- Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and answer preliminary questions about our offerings
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign targets and refine outreach strategies
- Maintain high levels of customer service by providing clear, friendly communication throughout each interaction
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles, preferably within technology or technical sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional yet approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, outbound calling strategies, and marketing integration techniques
- Experience in customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining motivation and productivity
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month
