We're looking for someone who is energetic, organized, dependable, and loves creating exceptional customer experiences.
Position Overview
As a Weekend Birthday Party Host, you'll be responsible for ensuring every birthday party runs smoothly from beginning to end. You'll greet families, prepare party rooms, keep events on schedule, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
This role also assists with open play on Saturday mornings before transitioning into party hosting for the afternoon.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in the details, enjoys staying busy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Saturday: 3:15 – 6:45/7:00 PM
Sunday: 9:15 AM – 4:00 PM
(Hours may vary slightly depending on party bookings.)
We typically host two to three birthday parties each weekend, with an average party value of $300. Great customer service and attention to detail are often rewarded with generous tips from our families.
Responsibilities
Party Preparation
- Ensure all party supplies and materials are ready before guests arrive
- Keep party areas organized and beautifully presented
Party Hosting
- Welcome party families and guests
- Host birthday parties from start to finish
- Keep events running on schedule
- Create a fun, energetic, and memorable experience for children and parents
- Anticipate families' needs and provide outstanding customer service
Clean-Up & Reset
- Clean and reset party area between events
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the day

Please note: Because birthday parties are held on weekends, this position requires dependable availability on Saturdays and Sundays. It is not a good fit for someone who frequently needs weekends off.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous customer service, childcare, hospitality, or event experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
- Must pass a background check and drug test
