Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections in-process machined components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
- Utilize advanced quality tools including Vision Measuring Machines (VMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and product specifications.
- Perform quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001 to ensure compliance across manufacturing processes.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes.
- Identify deviations from quality standards, investigate root causes, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions following CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.
- Participate in calibration of measurement equipment and maintain calibration records to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Support the implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and vision measuring machines (OGP VMM).
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or issues promptly.
- Familiarity with quality management software and data collection tools.
- Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and utilize advanced inspection techniques effectively.
- Strong communication skills to document findings clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality improvements.
