Job Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Dispensary Agent to join our dispensary team. The candidate must be detail oriented, dependable and have experience exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inventory counts, reconciliations and audits
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain knowledge on products
- Receive, unpack and process incoming product shipments and deliveries with accuracy.
- Educate and advise customers about cannabis products—strains, consumption methods, effects, dosage, and safe use—based on individual needs.
- Restock the sales floor with products as needed, maintaining proper organization and appearance.
- Ensure all products are labeled accurately and in compliance with all packaging standards
- Organize inventory storage areas and ensure cleanliness and compliance at all times.
- Maintain clear and organized records of transfers, sales, adjustments, and destruction logs
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Maryland State Law.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to labeling accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
- Customer Service and Point of Sale Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a cannabis dispensary
- Familiarity with Maryland cannabis regulations and compliance
- Knowledge of cannabis brands and products in Maryland
Physical and Schedule Requirements
- Part-Time schedule between 20-30 hours per week
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel and perform repetitive movements

- Hourly Rate $17-20 per hour (based on experience and tips)
