Overview
We are a rapidly growing hardscape, landscape installments, & pool building company based out of Provo Utah. We are seeking a remote office person that is based near Provo. This person will need to have customer service experience and excellent communication skills. They will need to be very computer efficient as you will be responsible for updating the CRM system along with tracking spreadsheets. We need someone who is confident, organized, and takes initiative.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phone
- Booking appointments
- Outbound sales calls
- Filling out KPIs & Tracking spreadsheets
- Updating CRM softwares
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM and basic computer literacy
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- Strong attention to detail with proofreading skills and accurate data entry capabilities
- Knowledge of office procedures such as filing systems, calendar management, and time management technique
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Sales or customer service experience.
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
