Role Description
We’re hiring a full-time Die Maker to join our crew in Kansas City. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build flatbed & rotary steel rule cutting dies. You will get extensive training and experience working with our team upon employment. If you like working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a team that pushes each other to be better—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Build precision cutting dies
- Work with tools, machines, and CAD files
- Read technical drawings
- Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals

Pay: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour
