Duties and responsibilities for this position:
- Practice planning and game management
- Manage soccer equipment necessary for practices and games
- Maintain communication with parents and athletes
- Guide student-athletes in learning appropriate sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, personal responsibility, and competitiveness to all student-athletes
- Maintain the highest order of professionalism and display the highest level of ethical and moral behavior at all times, including building positive relationships with athletes, coaches, parents, and the community
- Help create a Christ-centered environment and team culture of service to others that reflects the Lipscomb Academy Mission Statement
- Other duties as assigned by the Dir of Soccer
