We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with Professional Engineer (PE) licensure to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Design civil engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- Develop detailed design schematics using Civil 3D, and other CAD software to produce accurate plans and technical drawings
- Conduct hydrological modeling and hydraulic analysis utilizing tools such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, Hydrologic analysis tools, and GIS platforms like ArcGIS and GIS-based software
- Lead project scheduling efforts, coordinate permitting phases, and manage client communication to ensure smooth project progression
- Generate comprehensive technical reports covering design engineering aspects, geotechnical considerations, stormwater systems, and system design evaluations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on schematics development for stormwater management systems, pipelines, land surveying data integration, and system hydraulics
- Engage in project management tasks such as managing project timelines, coordinating permits during the permitting phase, and overseeing project documentation
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in civil engineering or related field is required
- Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects with a focus on stormwater management, water/wastewater systems, or land development
- Strong proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit; drafting experience is essential
- Familiarity with hydrological modeling tools such as HEC-RAS, SWMM; experience with hydrologic analysis tools is preferred
- Knowledge of project scheduling software and construction management practices
- Experience with GIS platforms like ArcGIS for spatial data analysis and mapping applications
- Demonstrated ability to generate technical engineering reports clearly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, hydraulics systems design, stormwater systems planning, and permitting processes

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
