RECOVERY Health Solutions is seeking a Behavioral Health Staffing & Onboarding Coordinator to support our growing mental health and substance use disorder programs. This position combines onboarding, staffing coordination, training support, quality assurance, and recruitment assistance within a collaborative and mission-driven healthcare environment.

RECOVERY Health Solutions is a growing behavioral health organization specializing in co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder services throughout the Twin Cities.
We work closely alongside our sister company, Hennepin Home Health Care (HHHC), a trusted Minnesota healthcare provider serving the community for more than 50 years. Together, our teams support individuals through integrated mental health, substance use, and healthcare services designed to promote recovery, stability, and long-term success.

Rather than carrying a direct client caseload, you will help ensure our staff are prepared, supported, trained, and positioned for success.

Primary ResponsibilitiesStaffing & Onboarding
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for newly hired employees
- Conduct orientation and training support activities
- Ensure all required employment documentation is completed accurately
- Educate new employees on company policies, procedures, expectations, and compliance requirements
- Support staff during their initial onboarding and training period
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide staffing and scheduling support for community-based service teams
- Assist with workforce planning and employee placement needs
- Conduct quality assurance reviews related to documentation and compliance
Recruitment Support
- Assist with posting open positions across job boards and recruitment platforms
- Conduct applicant screenings and preliminary candidate reviews
- Assist with reference checks and hiring documentation
- Partner with leadership regarding ongoing staffing needs
- Support recruitment initiatives and workforce development efforts

Behavioral Health Knowledge
Experience working in mental health, substance use disorder services, ARMHS, case management, social services, healthcare, or human services is highly valued.
Technology Skills
Comfortable using scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, applicant tracking systems, electronic records, and digital documentation platforms.
Required Qualifications
Mental Health Practitioner Qualification Required:
Applicants must qualify as a Minnesota Mental Health Practitioner.
Common qualifying pathways include:
- Master's Degree in a Behavioral Science or related field
OR
- Bachelor's Degree in a Behavioral Science or related field plus at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals experiencing mental illness, substance use disorders, or emotional disturbance
Verification of qualifying experience and education may be required during the hiring process.
Additional Requirements
- Previous experience in staffing, onboarding, recruitment, training, workforce development, healthcare operations, or related administrative functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport with employees, applicants, and community partners
- Proficiency with technology, digital documentation systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Schedule
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
This is an in-person position based in our Brooklyn Park office.
No evenings.
No weekends.
No community travel required.
