Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Full Time
Evening Shift 2pm-10pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at New Hope Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Cedar Park, Texas. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, and ensuring that all residents receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants to ensure that all residents receive necessary care and attention
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other caregivers, to ensure that all residents receive comprehensive, coordinated care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessments, treatments, and outcomes
Participate in quality improvement activities to continuously improve the quality of care provided
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to patient confidentiality and rights
Requirements:
Graduate of a state-approved school of vocational or professional nursing
Current state license as a registered nurse or licensed vocational nurse
Minimum of 0 years of experience in a nursing setting
Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in a group to deliver high-quality care to residents and their families
