As a Lube Technician, you will be the backbone of our fast-paced express lane, handling routine maintenance and ensuring our guests' vehicles are safe, reliable, and road-ready. Perform Routine Maintenance: Efficiently execute oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, filter replacements, and basic multi-point vehicle inspections.
Diagnose & Document: Identify potential mechanical or safety issues and clearly document findings for service advisors and customers.
Maintain Shop Standards: Keep the service bay clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols and dealership regulations.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the service team, parts department, and service advisors to ensure quick turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to advance your technical knowledge and career.
Previous experience as a quick lube tech, automotive student, or a strong mechanical aptitude is highly preferred.
A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
Basic set of tools (or a willingness to acquire them).
Strong time-management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
