Role Overview
As the Compensation and Analytics Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of global compensation programs. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, ensuring our pay strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company goals. This role operates at the intersection of total rewards and advanced data science.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Strategy & Design: Develop and manage salary structures, job architectures, incentive plans, the company sales commission plan and equity programs.
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Participate in compensation surveys and conduct rigorous market studies to ensure competitive positioning.
- Data Analytics & Modeling: Build data models, forecasting tools, and performance metrics to support compensation planning and budget spend
- Pay Equity & Compliance: Monitor pay equity across demographics and ensure all compensation practices comply with federal and state regulations.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare visually compelling dashboards and reports for senior leadership to inform workforce planning and organizational design.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to align compensation with talent strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation program management and data analytics.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Paycom).
- Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to synthesize complex datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
