Job Title: Front of House Staff – Café/Restaurant

Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team in a vibrant café/restaurant atmosphere. As a FOH team member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, a smooth dining experience, and top-tier customer service from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and wait on guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages promptly with attention to presentation and order accuracy
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area (tables, counters, restrooms, etc.)
- Communicate with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns quickly and professionally
- Uphold health and safety standards, including food handling and hygiene protocols
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
- Basic math skills for handling cash/card transactions
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
