Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Use POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety on premises.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by actively listening to guest needs and preferences.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender or no experience is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient order processing.
- Experience serving in banquet or catering environments is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills.
- Background in retail math or hospitality math to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to create engaging guest interactions.
- Experience with brewing or beverage preparation techniques is advantageous but not required.
