Kodak is seeking a skilled Machinist. Expertise in working on Manual Machining Equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints/drawings to determine specifications and requirements necessary to create a quality work piece.
- Verify quality of work piece using measuring instruments, such as calipers, gauges, & micrometers.
- Experience operating one or multiple manual machines including: Lathe, Mill, OD Grinder, ID Grinder, Surface Grinder, or Gear Hob
- Perform daily maintenance of equipment and maintain a clean working environment.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Know machining concepts related to speeds/feeds as they apply to different material types.
- Understand the basic features required for setting up a part.
- Ability to use basic math and understand geometric concepts.
- Be able to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
- Overtime and Saturday may be required as workload dictates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
