- 5+ years of professional painting experience
- Previous experience leading a crew or serving as a foreman
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques
- Experience with spraying, brushing, rolling, prep work, drywall repairs, and finishing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders and scaffolding
Bonus Qualifications

- A company that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Who You'll Work With
You'll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in building and strengthening our in-house production team. We're looking for someone who wants to be a long-term leader—not just another painter.
If You're Someone Who...
- Takes pride in doing things the right way
- Leads by example instead of just giving orders
- Enjoys teaching and helping others improve
- Wants to help build something bigger than yourself
...we'd love to meet you.
