Puget Sound Logistics & Deliveries is hiring Delivery Drivers to help us deliver smiles across Elma, Aberdeen, Ocean Shores & surrounding areas—no CDL required, paid training included, and an opportunity to help us build the most successful and caring Amazon Delivery Service Partner in Washington State.

What You’ll Do As A Delivery Driver:
- Arrive at the distribution facility on time to receive your Amazon-branded van and company-provided smartphone.
- Drive our Delivery van & deliver up to 250+ packages (avg 120-200 stops) on your pre-planned route.
- Follow all customer delivery instructions with accuracy and care.
- Work outdoors in all weather—it’s physical, fast-paced, and never boring.
- Crush your route safely, manage time like a pro, and finish strong.
- Return to the station, clean out your van, and turn in your equipment.
- Wrap up with a quick debrief with your manager before heading home.
What We’re Looking For In A Delivery Driver:
- 21+ years old, with excellent attendance
- Clean driving record: No DUI’s, reckless driving, or suspensions
- Reliable, energetic, and ready to show up every day.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and walk 8–10 miles daily.
- Safe behind the wheel: keeping you and community members safe is NUMBER 1 priority.
- Respectful, team-oriented, and excellent attention to detail.
- Tech Ready: Must be able to operate a smartphone
