Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
This role supports all areas of kitchen production and preparation.
You'll help prepare ingredients, make bakery batters and mixes, wash dishes, restock supplies, and ensure the kitchen is ready for both daily service and the following day. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in keeping things organized.
No professional baking or cooking experience is required. We provide training on all recipes and procedures. If you can follow directions, stay organized, and take pride in doing things right, we'll teach you the rest.
Responsibilities
· Food preparation for sandwiches, salads, soups and daily menu items. This includes slicing, chopping, portioning, and assembly.
· Support kitchen staff with cooking and food handling to ensure timely meal service.
· Prepare cookie dough, bakery bars, muffins, salads and other pre-made items according to recipes
· Supports team with washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen throughout the day
· Restock ingredients and supplies
· Assist with bakery packaging and merchandising preparation
· Complete end-of-day cleaning and preparation for the following day
· Follow food safety and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For
· Previous kitchen, food preparation, deli, café, or food service experience
· Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
· Dependable and punctual
· Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail
· Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
· Strong communication skills
Nice to Have (Not Required)
· Café, deli, or bakery experience
· Basic baking experience
· Food prep experience
