Palma Lighting installs permanent LED lighting on homes across Tampa Bay — the kind built into the roofline that glows every night and changes color for any holiday from an app. We're growing fast and need 1–2 outgoing people to help us reach more homeowners in Tampa's best neighborhoods.
This is NOT a closing job. You knock, you introduce us, you book the appointment — our team runs the estimate and handles the sale. Your only job is starting conversations and setting appointments.
The Pay
- $400 for every appointment you book that turns into a completed install — uncapped
- Book 3–5 solid appointments a day; a few closes a week adds up fast
- Motivated canvassers earn $1,000–$2,000+ per week
- Get paid for real results — the more homeowners you get in front of us, the more you make
What You'll Do
- Knock doors in the nice neighborhoods we send you to (FishHawk Ranch, Westchase, Wesley Chapel, Brandon, Riverview & more)
- Give a short, friendly intro — we hand you the exact script
- Pass out professional door hangers
- Book interested homeowners for a free estimate
- That's it. We handle everything after the appointment is set.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and outgoing — you like talking to people
- Self-motivated — you don't need a manager standing over you
- Positive and resilient — not every door says yes, and that's fine
- Reliable transportation
- 18+
- No experience required — we train you. Backgrounds in serving, retail, sales, or sports are a plus.
