Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy
- Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation support
- Manage caseload from intake through discharge
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and connect clients to community resources
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
- Active licensure required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- DSM knowledge and strong documentation skills
- Partial care or IOP/PHP experience preferred
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
