Position Overview
Floor Support is an essential part of our service team. This role keeps the energy of the dining room moving, supports servers and managers, and helps ensure every guest has a smooth, enjoyable experience. If you love staying active, working with people, and being part of a team that genuinely values effort and growth, this role may be a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Clear, reset, and sanitize tables to maintain quick table turnover
- Greet and seat guests with warmth
- Run food and deliver drinks promptly and accurately
- Assist servers by noticing guests' needs and responding quickly
- Work closely with the manager on duty to maintain steady floor flow
- Restock and maintain tidy service stations
- Support overall cleanliness and organization of the dining room
- Stay active and engaged throughout the shift, stepping in wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
- Must be able to work both Saturdays and Sundays
- Friendly, professional attitude with a focus on hospitality
- Enjoys staying busy and working on their feet
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness
- Reliable and punctual
- Open to coaching and willing to grow
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
- Must be available on weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
