Overview
Club Xcite is hiring dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in educational settings. This role involves working directly with students—either one-on-one or in classroom environments—to implement behavior support strategies and promote positive outcomes.
- Setting: School Sites in South County (Chula Vista, Jamul, El Cajon, La Mesa, and more)
- Schedule: School hours (Mon-Fri; 8a-3p)
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Provide direct support to students in 1:1 or classroom settings
- Collect and document behavioral data
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Apply CPI techniques to manage and de-escalate behaviors
- Ensure student safety and well-being
Required Qualifications
- Required: Active RBT Certification
- Preferred: At least 6 months experience in education setting
- High school diploma or equivalent (or higher)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
